I often take on difficult tasks because I want to be helpful, but as time goes on I realize saying no is okay sometimes because over committing can over pact my work load.

I have a background in administrative support and customer service, going on 10 years of experience working in fast-paced environments. I graduated with a degree in business management and I’ve worked in roles that required excellent organizational and communication skills

What experience do you have with order entry systems and software?
Gamestop was a location where I was most familiar with this kind of work. We had days where we manually counted inventory, updated they system and ordered products that were low. as well as inventory that was stolen.
How do you ensure accuracy when entering customer orders and information into the system?
I double-check each entry for errors, verify details with the customer when necessary, and regularly review the data for discrepancies.
How would you handle a situation where you receive an order with missing or unclear information?
I would remain calm and assess the situation thoroughly before taking any action. I would preferably try to solve the issue internally before reaching out to the customer for clarification.
Can you walk us through the steps you take to process an order from start to finish?
I would start by gathering and reviewing the order details to understand what needs to be processed. Verify the Order Information, enter the order into the company’s system, ensuring accuracy in every step.
How do you prioritize orders if there is a backlog?
would prioritize based on urgency and customer needs. I would also follow guidelines set by the company.
What types of order management or CRM systems have you worked with in the past?
At MedVet, I worked extensively with their system to manage patient and client information. This system allowed me to track interactions, update records, and maintain clear communication between clients and internal teams. I used it daily to schedule appointments, track service history, and ensure customer satisfaction by responding promptly to inquiries.
