SEND Code Of Practice

1. extended SEND support to 25

2. children can stay with foster family until 21.

3. in family justice, child centred choices are made.

why does the code of practice matter to practitioners

• three year plan showing how setting improves access for disabled children

• covers: physical environment, curriculum, information/communication.
