What were some of the conditions of the Treaty of Versailles?

Germany would accept full responsibility for causing WW1, reduce its military, give up overseas colonies, surrender some territory and pay reparations for Allied war losses.

Did the Treaty of Versailles contribute to WW2?

Yes because its terms punished Germany harshly. It caused the economy to collapse, the government lost power and the Germans grew angry and loyal to Hitler.
