Having water security means reliable and good quality to meet everyone's needs.

Most places rely on rainfall which feeds rivers and lake for their water supply.

Water is lost from rivers and lake due to évaporation.

Climate change is altering the amount of rainfall in places and many areas are getting dryer, increasing the risk of droughts.

What means water viability can be over-abstacted

That's when more water is being used than being replaced.

If population don't have acces to clean water what they are forced to do?

Use untreated water which can be dangerous especially for children, it can lead to infant mortality.
