interquartile range
the difference between the upper and lower quartiles in a box and whisker plot

a graph that uses sectors of a circle to compare parts to a whole or parts to parts

a graphical display of data using dots
range
the difference between the highest and the lowest value
population

a conclusion reached on the basis of evidence and reasoning

When data has a "long tail" on one side or the other
