METs
Metabolic Equivalent of Task, a unit used to estimate the amount of oxygen used by the body during physical activity.
Light Intensity
Physical activities that require less than 3.0 METs.
Moderate Activity
Physical activities that require between 3.0 to 6.0 METs.
Vigorous Activity
Physical activities that require more than 6.0 METs.
Aerobic Dancing
A form of exercise that combines rhythmic aerobic exercise with stretching and strength training routines.
Yoga
A physical, mental, and spiritual practice that involves specific postures, breathing exercises, and meditation.
Calisthenics
A form of exercise consisting of a variety of movements that are often performed without weights.
Hiking
Walking in nature typically on trails or paths that involve variable terrains.
Ballroom Dancing
A type of partner dance, which is enjoyed both competitively and socially.
Stationary Bicycling
Riding a stationary bike, usually indoors, providing cardiovascular exercise.

Scuba Diving
A mode of underwater diving where the diver uses a scuba set for breathing.
