Direct and Manage Project Work
An integration process representing all processes needed in a project.
Project Management Plan
Contains 18 components, including management plans, scope baseline, cost baseline, and schedule baseline.
Approved Change Request
An input in the Direct and Manage Project Work process, indicating that a requested change has been approved and should be implemented.
Deliverables
The main output of the Direct and Manage Project Work process, representing the completed work as defined in the project plan.
Work Performance Data
Data that comes from the executing processes, indicating the status of work, including start and end dates, and money spent.
Issue Log
A log of all negative issues affecting the project, including events that have already happened.
Corrective Actions
Actions implemented to bring the project back on plan when it deviates, such as getting more money when over budget.
Preventive Actions
Actions put into place to ensure the project does not go off plan, implemented to avoid future deviations.
Change Requests
Requests for corrective actions, preventive actions, or defect repairs that arise during project execution.
