Usually it is due to low self esteem, self-image, and self-ideal, warning signal, demand for attention, taunt others, to intimidate, to punish, to frighten, etc.

Types of Depression. Provide examples of each type
Dysthymia - characterized by long (2 years or longer) symptoms that may not be severe enough to disable a person but can prevent normal functioning or feeling well
Minor depression - is characterized by having symptoms for 2 weeks or longer that do not meet full criteria for clinical depression
Postpartum depression - Experienced by approximately. 10-15% of women after giving birth when hormonal and physical changes as well as taking care of a baby, can be overwhelming
Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) - onset of depression during winter months when there is less sunlight
Bipolar Disorder - Extreme highs and extreme lows

the unpleasant physical and emotional reactions felt when coming off a drug, ranging from mild discomfort to intense pain and seizures, depending on the drug. Avoiding this pain is one reason addicts can’t come off drugs, even when they want to quit

LDL

(high-density lipoprotein) cholesterol, sometimes called “good” cholesterol, absorbs cholesterol in the blood and carries it back to the liver. The liver then flushes it from the body. High levels of HDL cholesterol can lower your risk for heart disease and stroke (CDC)

Many people have no idea that they are infected, but can still pass it on to someone else. Getting tested is the only way to know. A person can test positive for an STD, such as HIV, and not show any symptoms.

If a person decides to not pick abstinence, the only way to protect against STD’s (not 100%) is to use protection, and to be in a monogamous relationship(getting tested). The vaccine available will offer protection against HPV.
