VSEPR Theory states that atoms will arrange themselves in a way that minimizes repulsions between valence electrons. This allows us to determine the shape of a molecule by analyzing the electron-electron repulsion causing atoms in a molecule to become spread out as possible and create distinct geometries. A very important part in chemistry and will be tested upon heavily.
