• ppl should accept pos in soc + make best of it /ppl = obey lord/king bc they rule w god blessing

• people follow teaching of C.C = rewarded after death

  • live good christian life + accept place in soc = heaven

  • commit sin / question church➡hell

• claim authority over all Christians, from kings to serfs/ control religious life 4 everyone 👑🌾

• the Pope ➡ ban king from Church (excommunication) = king's ppl ❌obey him anymore.

• C = recieve wealth from tithe

• Everyone = give 10% their farm produce to Church as a tax called tithe
