• Barking cough or recent history of barking cough

• Dexamethasone

• = > 6 to < 8 years

• < 200BPM

• Stridor at rest

Dexamethasone Conditions

• = or > 6 to < 8 years

• Unaltered LOA

• Use for Mild, Moderate, and severe croup

EPINEPHrine Contraindications

Allergy or sensitivity to EPINEPHrine

Dexamethasone Contraindications

• Allergy or Sensitivity to steroids

• Steroids received within the last 48hrs

• Unable to tolerate oral medications
