Archilocus’s quote
“We do not rise to the level of our expectations, we fall to the level of our training.”
Air Force Song
Off we go into the wild blue yonder, Climbing high into the sun; Here they come, zooming to meet our thunder, At ‘em now, give ‘em the gun! Down we dive, spouting our flame from under, Off with one helluva roar! We live in fame or go down in flame, Hey! Nothing’ll stop the US Air Force!
The Space Force Song
We’re the mighty watchful eye, Guardians beyond the blue, The invisible front line, Warfighters brave and true. Boldly reaching into space, There’s no limit to our sky. Standing guard both night and day, We’re the Space Force from on high.

The counselor will note the counseling in the discipline tracker and add information about the counseling.

An MFR in which the cadet details the conduct that led to their counseling, why they did not rectify the issue after being issued their Verbal counseling (if applicable), what they should have done differently, and how they will correct the problem in future. Cadets should reference the relevant AFI section(s), to teach them to reference appropriate rules and regulations. The MFR will be due one week after being assigned.
