Why are user status codes important in the My Aerospace / SAP workflow?

They show customers the current status of their units, drive ZTask creation/closure, and must stay synchronized between SAP and Salesforce.

Which transaction code is used in SAP to view or edit a notification’s user status codes?

IW52 (Change Notification).

What user status code indicates information has been sent to the customer (return-as-is info)?

ZRAI – RAI info to customer.

Which code means an exchange has been offered?

XOF – Exchange Offered.

Which user status code shows an exchange has been rejected?

EXCR – Exchange Rejected.

If the team is waiting for a customer response, which code is applied?

WFCR – Waiting For Customer Response.

What does WFES stand for?

Waiting For Estimate Approval.

Which user status code is used when waiting for a purchase order?

WFPO – Waiting For Purchase Order.

When the site is waiting for ARB approval from the customer, which code is used?

WARB – Waiting For ARB Approval From Customer.

What does WCCA signify?

Waiting For Customer Carrier Account.
