Theory that includes four identity statuses based on crisis and commitment: identity diffusion, identity foreclosure, identity moratorium, and identity achievement.
Emotional Regulation
The ability to manage and respond to emotional experiences effectively.
Peer Pressure
The influence exerted by a peer group on its members to behave in a certain way.
Identity Crisis
A period of uncertainty and confusion in which a person's sense of self becomes insecure.
Social Identity
Part of an individual's self-concept derived from their perceived membership in a social group.
Mindfulness
The practice of being fully present and engaged in the moment without judgement.
Adolescent Development
The transition period of physical, emotional, and psychological changes during teenage years.
