WAYS DANCING RELIEVES STRESS
Clockwise
Moving any part of the body such as hands, arms and shoulders like the motion of the hands of a clock.
Counterclockwise
Reverse direction of the motion of the hands of a clock
Arms in a lateral position
Place both arms at one side, either sideward right or left. May be done at the shoulder, chest or waist level.
Arms in reverse T
Place arms on side horizontal position; elbows bent at right angles; forearms parallel to head'; palms forward or facing inward.
Crossed arms
Partners face each other or stand side by side. They join hands together, right one over the left or left one over the right.
Hands on waist
hands at the waistline, knuckles in, fingers pointing in rear.
Hayon-hayon
Place on forearm in front and the other at the back of the waist.
Kumintang
Move the hand from wrist either in a clockwise or counterclockwise direction
Salok
Swing the arm downward-upward passing in front of the body as if scoping. Bend the trunk forward following the movement of the arm.
Brush
With weight on one foot, hit the floor with the ball or heel of the other foot after which that foot is lifted from the floor to any direction.
Cut
Displace one foot with the other, thus completely taking off the weight of the body from the displaced foot.
Hop
Spring from one foot and land on the same foot in place or in any direction. The other foot may be raised in any direction.
Step
Advance by raising or moving one foot to another resting place
Tap
Rap slightly with the ball or toe of the free foot. No transfer of wei
