However, no call for further representation as England effectively use metro mayors to cover over 50% of the country - Burnham in Greater Manchester

Each assembly has the power to make new laws of change laws where they see fit
Sco abolition of tuition fees for uni in 2008
Eng tried to do this under coalition with Clegg but this wasn’t passed and they were tripled
Against - Legislation
Vast disparity between the control of each assembly

Justice control - W = 1%, S + NI = 100%
Transport - W= 40%, S+NI = 90/95%
