Valence Electrons
Specific electrons that an atom can gain or lose even without combining with other atoms.
Electrically Neutral Atom
An atom that contains an equal number of negatively charged electrons and positively charged protons.
Atom A
An atom that has 1 more electron than its protons.
Atom B
An atom that has 1 less electron number than its protons.
Atomic Force (Question 3)
The type of force that holds together atoms with opposite charges, such as Atom A and Atom B.
