What is the Rule of Everlasting Presence?

Rule of Everlasting Presence The title of ‘Sith Spirit’ is bestowed upon members of the Dark Council and above (Prefect and LC included) who resign honourably from the Sith Order. Those who bear this title may hold a rank within the Jedi Order without disobeying this Sith Doctrine. Must have proven activity and loyalty to Sith Powerbase +, retired Dark Council + will have to go through a PowerBase + vote in order to gain the rank of “Sith Spirit”. Upon resignation/discharge from a pathway or from the Sith Order, any progress you have made will become invalid for future use in ranking up. For example, hosting 3 trainings then leaving the group makes those 3 trainings invalid for becoming an advanced pathway sith. What is the Rule of Reputation?

Rule of Reputation As a member of the Sith Order you are not to attack visitors, however the killing of hostiles is allowed and expected of you. Attacking and/or murdering any other Sith is never permitted (unless of course the opposite party consents or both parties are in the Arena), except in the case of self-defence in which you may use violence only to defend yourselves. Spawnkilling is never tolerated regardless of the situation. Furthermore, utilising the Force to intentionally annoy another person, regardless of who they are, is also prohibited. It should only be used in combat, or between any individuals whom consent to it. For example, repeatedly pushing and pulling a visitor who has requested you stop. Using dash, force jump and/or The Force to push / pull other Sith involuntarily into the fighting Arena is prohibited as is the usage of the aforementioned abilities to push / pull other Sith into the void. What is the Rule of Loyalty?

Rule of Loyalty As a member of the Sith Order, you are never to affiliate yourselves with the Jedi. The act of being in both orders simultaneously is hereby outlawed, and the usage of alts is prohibited at all times. Any Sith who holds the rank of ‘Jedi Ghost' or ‘Jedi Elder’ may join the Jedi team freely however may not attack, or annoy, any Sith except in the case of self-defence in which they may use violence only to defend themselves. Jedi and Hostiles are KOS (Kill-on-sight) if they cross the second flight of stairs line, outside the temple’s entrance and inside the temple. As a Sith, you are expected to attack any hostile / Jedi that trespasses this point. Failing to do will result with being charged with Aiding & Abetting. The leakage of undisclosed documentation, paraphernalia, or chats overall will have extreme repercussions - for example, leaking a Trello board exclusive only to the Inquisition. Moreover, joining the hostile team is also forbidden, unless permission is bestowed upon thee by a Sith Lord, Dark Councillor, member of the Emperor’s Powerbase or the Emperor himself. Overseers may join hostiles without permission but are not sanctioned to give out permission for others. Rule of Loyalty is in effect, 14/05/2023, by will of the Emperor’s Powerbase.

What is the Rule of Recruitment?

Rule of Recruitment Since we are a linked organisation of the Jedi Order you are not permitted under any circumstances to recruit for your own organisation from members within our Order or current Jedi into joining our Sith Order. This includes recruiting members for your own bloodline or Roblox family. Anyone who is found acting in defiance of this principle must be reported to the Inquisition. Rule of Recruitment is in effect, 14/05/2023, by will of the Emperor’s Powerbase.

What is the Rule of Enforcement?

Rule of Enforcement Apprentices and higher ranks who persistently disregard the Sith Doctrine or exhibit incompetence will be reported to their appropriate Councillor of Discipline and/or the Sith Inquisition. If they do not fall under a sphere; the Sith Inquisition has full authority to take appropriate action. Individuals below the rank of Apprentice who neglect or refuse to adhere to the Sith Doctrine will be targeted by Sith Assassins and hunted down. This course of action is reserved for those who repeatedly break rules, commit offences, or display extreme immaturity. An official assassination contract must be in effect for the execution to be deemed valid. Any/all violations regarding Class-C offences shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Inquisition, including any issues of Insubordination & Misconduct. Rule of Legacy The following restrictions are placed upon the number of Apprentices you may take as your current rank at any one time: Sith Warrior - 1 Apprentice Sith Overseer - 1 Apprentice Sith Lord - 2 Apprentices Dark Council - 3 Apprentices Powerbase - 4 Apprentices Sith Emperor - As many as he desires Sith Purebloods are entitled to receive one additional Apprentice up to the rank of Overseer. What is the Rule of Tradition?

Rule of Tradition When you begin conversation, or are brought into one, with a Sith Lord, you are to bow before them. If the sith lord is not interacting with you, you are not required to bow to them. When you begin conversation, or are brought into one, with a Dark Councillor, member of the Emperor's Powerbase, or the Emperor himself, you are to kneel before them. If they are unresponsive to you for more than 10 seconds you may rise automatically. If the Dark Councillor, member of the Emperor's Powerbase or the Emperor himself are not interacting with you, you are not required to kneel before them. You are not required to kneel or bow to any member, regardless of their rank, if you are hosting or attending an event. Ignorance pertaining to this rule is seen as disrespect to the Emperor himself therefore the consequences met will reflect this. What is the Rule of Superiority?

Rule of Superiority You are to remain respectful to your superiors orders at all times and as we are not as forgiving as the Jedi, failure to comply with this rule results in severe punishment. IN TRAININGS, RAIDS & OTHER OFFICIAL EVENTS you must address other members by their rank and username, for example: "Hopeful Darrion", "Warrior Ryan" and "Overseer Danny". You must address a Sith Lord + as either "My Lord" or by their full title. You must address a Dark Councillor as their chosen title such as "Darth Xarion". You must address the Emperor’s Powerbase as the following: Voice of the Emperor - "Lord Voice", Wrath of the Emperor - "Lord Wrath" and Hand of the Emperor - "Lord Hand". Sith Spirits, Sith Lords and Dark Councillors may refer to the Emperor’s Powerbase with their title, e.g “Darth Tenebris”, however others must use the aforementioned title of “Lord Hand”. What is the Rule of Interference?

Rule of Interference Members of the Order are to never purposefully interfere with the duties of divisional, and/or Pathway personnel. For example, the deliberate interference of a Minion with an Assassin attempting to fulfil his Assassination Contract would be an act defying the Rule of Interference. The act of interfering when a Reaver is fighting is further deemed illegal; any/all Sith Personnel are to desist their attacks once a Reaver engages in combat, excluding the Vigilator subdivision of the Inquisitorius. Divisional members are authorized to hit/kill when faced with interference in their divisional duties. Failure to abide by the Rule of Interference results in the following consequences: 1. What is the Rule of Administration?

Rule of Administration Members of the Order of whom are bestowed access to administrational powers are never to abuse their abilities. Using it to have a laugh, to disrupt the duties or entertainment of others, or in ways simply unnecessary to what you need them for is hereby prohibited. Any act of allowing a non-Sith inside a dojo; besides for formal events or express permission from the Sith Emperor, only possible through the usage of commands, will be considered Admin Abuse and Treason. Failure to abide by the Rule of Administration results in being reported to the Inquisition, where the punishment may escalate dependent on the circumstance and specific commands used. Rule of Administration is in effect, 14/05/2023, by will of the Emperor’s Powerbase.

What is the Rule of Instruction?

Rule of Instruction Members of the Order who attend a training are required to be fully logged and ranked before attending their next training. Anyone who attends a CB may not attend another bleeding until a minimum of 4 weeks has passed. In case of failing the CB, they may attend another bleeding after 3 days instead. Only the attendees, host, co-host(s) and guards can be in the training vc in the communications server in order to avoid disturbance from spectators or others during the training. Failure to abide by the Rule of Instruction results in the following consequences: 1. Verbal Warning 2. Reported to the Inquisition. 3. What is the Rule of Appearance?

All players must maintain character designs that fit the established visual norms of the community. Overly suggestive or inappropriate outfit combinations are not allowed. Rule of Appearence is in effect, 17/11/2025, by will of the Emperor’s Powerbase.

Disturbing the Peace The act of inciting arguments/fights between others, or starting arguments without reason. The act of Disturbing the Peace is hereby illegal, ruled 14/05/2023 by will of the Emperor’s Powerbase.

Trespassing Entering areas you are not allowed in at your current rank without permission, such as the Dark Councillor chambers or Divisional dojos. The act of Trespassing is hereby illegal, ruled 14/05/2023 by will of the Emperor’s Powerbase.

Battery on Sith Order Personnel Physically attacking, but not killing, other members of the Sith Order when you are not engaged in a duel with them. Hitting a fellow Hopeful with your vibroblade, hitting an Apprentice with your lightsaber, etc. The act of Battery on Sith Order Personnel is hereby illegal, ruled 14/05/2023 by will of the Emperor’s Powerbase.

What is Offense A-04?

Misuse of Force The intentional misuse of the Force to irritate other members, or using the Force as a means of inflicting damage onto fellow members of the Sith Order. Force pulling idle hostiles into combat/unauthorised zone, using the Force to disrupt a consented duel, using the Force to bother a visitor, using the Force to choke a Minion, etc The act of Misuse of Force is hereby illegal, ruled 14/05/2023 by will of the Emperor’s Powerbase.

What is Offense A-05?

Goosechasing The act of avoiding combat with someone through the act of cowardice. Attacking a Jedi then running away immediately after, a Jedi running mindlessly around the temple while Sith pursue them. The act of Goosechasing is hereby illegal, ruled 17/08/2024 by will of the Dark Council.

What is Offense A-06?

Improper Attire The act of wearing innapropriate and/or disruptive outfits in-game. Wearing brightly coloured wings, having a cat head or tail, excessive packages, or overly suggestive/innapropriate outfit combinations,etc. The act of Improper Attire is hereby illegal, ruled 17/11/2025 by will of the Emperor’s Powerbase.

What is Offense B-01?

Minor Toxicity Intentionally provoking or bringing toxicity to other members of the Sith Order. Winning a duel and spamming "ez" to the loser after, insulting someone because you think their outfit looks bad, etc. The act of Minor Toxicity is hereby illegal, ruled 14/05/2023 by will of the Emperor’s Powerbase.

What is Offense B-02?

Murder The unlawful killing of a Sith Lord and under, when not engaged in combat agreed upon by both parties. Officialised Assassination Contracts remain lawful. Killing a Sith Lord while they are minding their business, killing a Minion who is participating in someone else's training, pushing a Sith not engaged in combat to the void etc. The act of Murder is hereby illegal, ruled 14/05/2023 by will of the Emperor’s Powerbase.

What is Offense B-03?

Insubordination Defying higher ranks and refusing to follow orders. Failing to comply when a Sith Overseer assigns an order, talking back or arguing with a HR as a LR/MR, etc. Anyone convicted of B-03, Insubordination, is to be immediately reported to the Inquisition. The act of Insubordination is hereby illegal, ruled 14/05/2023 by will of the Emperor’s Powerbase.

What is Offense B-04?

Misconduct Failure to follow minor rules within the Order, acting unprofessional and immature, wearing innapropriate outfits as a staff member/divisional personnel/event host. Attacking visitors, showing immaturity and intentionally failing to utilize proper grammar during trainings and tryouts, wearing outfits with the purpose to troll, instigate, obstruct or to copy the avatar of a member of TSO's high command. Anyone convicted of B-04, Misconduct, is to be immediately reported to the Inquisition. The act of Misconduct is hereby illegal, ruled 14/05/2023 by will of the Emperor’s Powerbase.

What is Offense B-05?

Loopholes & Omissions Exploiting loopholes for personal gain, using loopholes as a means to avoid punishment. Using a spelling error to try and invalidate a rule, behaving in a manner deemed by the courts to be unethical, etc. Anyone convicted of B-05, Loopholes & Omissions, is to be immediately reported to the Inquisition. The act of using Loopholes & Omissions hereby illegal, ruled 14/05/23 by will of the Emperor’s Powerbase.

What is Offense B-06?

Aiding and Abetting Aiding members of the Jedi Order or Hostiles in combat as a member of the Sith Order, or disobeying KOS commands, targetted at hostiles / Jedi. Spectating a duel between a Jedi and Sith and striking the Sith once when he has the advantage, healing a Jedi, etc. The act of Aiding & Abetting is hereby illegal, ruled 14/05/2023 by will of the Emperor’s Powerbase.

What is Offense B-07?

Impersonation Pretending to be someone that you are not. Pretending to be a Sith Overseer, Sith Lord, Dark Councilor, Powerbase, the Emperor, etc. The act of Impersonation is hereby illegal, ruled 14/05/2023 by will of the Emperor’s Powerbase.

What is Offense B-08?

In-Game Mechanic Abuse Abusing glitches or in-game mechanics to give oneself an unfair advantage, escape punishment, or enter forbidden areas. Double Parrying, Parry Bypassing, Using the Flight Glitch, or other forms of Glitch abusing. The act of In-Game Mechanic Abuse is hereby illegal, ruled 05/15/2026 by will of the Emperor’s Powerbase.

What is Offense B-09?

The act of unlawfully farming Force Points and/or Crytals. Remaining AFK in-game to farm Force Points. Order hop during GWCBs period. ‌ The act of Abusive Obtainment is hereby illegal, ruled 17/11/2025 by will of the Emperor’s Powerbase.

What is Offense C-01?

Harassment The continued bullying of a specific person for an extended period of time. Following a player around calling them trash, subverting the Roblox filter to call people slurs, etc. Anyone convicted of C-01, Harassment, is to be immediately reported to the Inquisition. The act of Harassment is hereby illegal, ruled 14/05/2023 by will of the Emperor’s Powerbase.

What is Offense C-02?

Mass Murder The mass killing of your teammates, when not engaged in an FFA or similar event. Spawn-killing players, killing more than one ally or visitor when they are not engaged in battle with you. Anyone convicted of C-02, Mass Murder, is to be immediately reported to the Inquisition. The act of Mass Murder is hereby illegal, ruled 14/05/2023 by will of the Emperor’s Powerbase.

What is Offense C-03?

Distribution of Classified Information Distributing documentation (Trello boards included) to those without permission to view said documents. The leakage of conversation to those not intended to be made aware of it is also punishable. DMing a friend the Inquisition handbook because he wants to join Inquisitors, showing a LR the Training Guide for the trainings they need, telling a friend who is a Sith Overseer a conversation which occurred within the Dark Council chambers. Anyone convicted of C-03, Distribution of Classified Information, is to be immediately reported to the Dark Councillor of the Sphere from which the information has been leaked from. The Inquisition must be notified. The act of Distribution of Classified Information is hereby illegal, ruled 14/05/2023 by will of the Emperor’s Powerbase.

What is Offense C-04?

Assassination The unlawful killing of a Dark Councillor or higher, when not engaged in combat agreed upon by both parties. Killing a Dark Councilor while they are minding their business, Killing a member of Powerbase as they traverse, pushing a Dark Councillor to the void, etc. Anyone convicted of C-04, Assassination, is to be immediately reported to the Inquisition. The act of Assassination is hereby illegal, ruled 14/05/2023 by will of the Emperor’s Powerbase.

What is Offense C-05?

Manipulation Manipulating another member of the Sith Order into doing your illegal bidding, primarily for self gain. Telling someone to leave the Sith and join TJO, encouraging someone to break into the council chambers, manipulating someone into leaking restricted documentation, etc. Anyone convicted of C-05, Manipulation, is to be immediately reported to the Inquisition. The act of Manipulation is hereby illegal, ruled 14/05/2023 by will of the Emperor’s Powerbase.

What is Offense C-06?

Alt Usage The use of alts to infiltrate the opposing Order, or solely to use a second account within the same organisation. Using an alternative account to rid yourself of previous or current punishment such as a blacklist. A Sith using an alt account to be in TJO and TSO at the same time, or a Sith using an alt to join two divisions simultaneously, etc. Anyone convicted of C-06, Alt Usage, is to be immediately reported to the Inquisition. The act of Alt Usage is hereby illegal, ruled 14/05/2023 by will of the Emperor’s Powerbase.

What is Offense C-07?

Treason Defying those above the rank of Sith Lord and refusing to follow orders. Refusing to disignite when ordered to by a Sith Lord, refusing to respect the wishes of a Dark Councillor, etc. Anyone convicted of C-07, Treason, is to be immediately reported to the Inquisition. The act of Treason is hereby illegal, ruled 14/05/2023 by will of the Emperor’s Powerbase.

What is Offense C-08?

Bribery & Inequity Providing money or another service in exchange for an unfair advantage; and/or to avoid punishment. Abusing power to further one’s own ambitions or to particularly target an individual(s), behaving in an unethical manner not displayed in this Sith Doctrine. Giving someone money for the answers to a training document, purposely arresting someone without just cause, declaring someone guilty of an offense purely out of spite, being paid for services, etc. Anyone convicted of a C-08 offense shall face arrest and possible escalation dependent on circumstance. The Inquisition is to be notified. The act of Bribery & Inequity is hereby illegal, ruled 14/5/23 by will of the Emperor’s Powerbase.

What is Offense C-09?

Obstruction of Justice Interfering in an ongoing investigation and/or intrerrupting an arrest in such a manner that the deliverance of justice is delayed or irretrievably lost. Evading law enforcement/punishment by means of leaving the game, running, lying to enforcement bodies, etc. Failure in reporting or noticing the proper authoritarian bodies regarding actions performed by individuals which may put the community's safety, integrity or equity or any member of the community's safety in jeopardy, actions which you have taken witness to. Ex: failure to report severe violations like Doxxing, Doxxing threats, Alt usage, Distribution of Classified Information, Bribery, etc. Killing someone when they are trying to arrest another person, telling witnesses not to answer questions regarding an investigation, deleting messages that are part of an investigation, failure to follow reporting protocols, committing an offence and blaming someone else or attempting to flee, being aware of alternate accounts being actively used in TSO and failing to report them, etc. Any individual exceeding the rank of Sith Acolyte who is found enacting a C-09 offence is to be immediately reported to the Inquisition. The act of obstructing justice is hereby illegal, ruled 14/10/23 by will of the Emperor’s Powerbase.

What is Offense C-10?

Acts of Incivility Any forms of NSFW, whether by communication or through actions, is not permitted regardless of rank or authority. Anyone doing so will be charged with the C-10 offense. Saying phrases such as "come in me", using Roblox avatars to display sexual behaviour, etc. Anyone convicted of a C-10 offense shall face arrest and possible escalation dependent on circumstance. If individual(s) exceed the rank of Sith Acolyte, they are to be immediately reported to the Inquisition. The act of Incivility is hereby illegal, ruled 14/05/2023 by will of the Emperor’s Powerbase.

What is Offense C-11?

Admin Abuse Abusing admin privileges in-game to the point where it disrupts gameplay, making the game un-fun for others for your own personal satisfaction. Using admin privileges to grant oneself a significant gameplay advantage. Continuously flinging people, staying :ffed during combat, teleporting to an ongoing fight to assist a Sith in combat, unsanctioned teaming/teleporting non-Sith, etc. Anyone convicted of C-11 is to be immediately reported to the Dark Council or the Powerbase. The act of Admin Abuse is hereby illegal, ruled 17/1172025 by will of the Emperor’s Powerbase.

What is the purpose of the Sith Inquisitorius?

To enforce the Sith Doctrine, preserve the purity and supremacy of Sith teachings, maintain order and discipline, and pursue heresy, rebellion, and weakness.

What is the Vigilator Detachment responsible for?

Raid support and skilled assassinations. It is composed of the most skilled combatants within the Inquisition.

How many Master Inquisitors are there?

What are the Apprentice limits under the Rule of Legacy?
