What are the generic objectives of Human Resources Management (HRM)?
To provide managers with the concepts, techniques, and tools they may need to know and manage HR and materials efficiently.
What are some specific objectives of HRM related to attitude?
Favorable attitude to job humanization, social perception, and HR empowerment (change agents).
What are the skills associated with HRM?
Understanding and solving human problems/conflicts in organizations.

Focus in HR processes such as recruitment, training and development, appraisal, and reward.

Job position is the basis, the column, the pillar from which we are going to organize the whole company.

Career planning is systematic and planned procedure to classify, to value, to develop and to fit in agreement with the needs of the company the management leaders” Manage present to build future.
What is the role of Coaching?
To develop the potential of people in a structured and effective way. Help to look the reality in different ways expanding the different possibilities of actions to perform.

It is a path with several steps for a certain talented employee to achieve their personal goals and objectives.
What is a succession plan?
Created for the whole company. As we know the people that is going to leave the company next year, we need people that are ready to cover those vacancies by the time the other people are leaving, there are training programmes to prepare them.
What are the parts of a salary?
Fixed, variable, and flexible salary.
