Technology
The art, skill, or ability used to create products, solve problems, and acquire knowledge, focusing on applying knowledge to create tools, systems, and solutions.
Software Development
A field that combines computer science principles with technological tools to create applications, systems, and platforms.
Chemical Development
The use of chemistry (science) to develop medicines, materials, and industrial chemicals through technological processes.
Agricultural Advancement
The application of biological sciences to develop better crops, pesticides, and farming techniques using modern agri-technology.
Medical Technology
The use of biology, chemistry, and physics to develop diagnostic equipment, surgical tools, and life-saving technologies.
Worker intelligence
The combined knowledge and expertise of professionals that makes the intersection of science and technology productive.
Culture
The social behavior, norms, values, arts, beliefs, and customs of a group of people, encompassing all the ways people live and interact within a society.

Language, Religion, Daily Life, Economy, Government, Arts, History, and Social Groups.
Mobility
A technological factor involving smartphones and mobile internet that changes work culture, social interaction, and family dynamics.
The Cloud
A technology that enables instant access to files and apps from any device, shifting preference from physical records to digital ones.
AR/VR Innovation
Technologies that create new forms of entertainment, education, and training by letting people experience otherwise inaccessible events.
Customer Data
Massive data collection that changes marketing and advertising while raising cultural questions about privacy and consent.
Social Impact
The redefinition of how communities form, news spreads, politics is influenced, and trends emerge globally due to social media.
Ethics
A set of beliefs outlining what is or isn't acceptable behavior, representing the standards expected by a group (e.g., the IT community).
Morals
Personal beliefs about right and wrong that are individual and shaped by upbringing, culture, and values.
Morality
Social conventions forming an established consensus about right and wrong within a community; it is shared and culturally influenced.
The Law
Government-established rules on what individuals may or may not do, covering areas like cybercrime, data privacy, and intellectual property.
Virtue
Morally good habits, such as honesty, diligence, and fairness.
Vice
Morally unacceptable habits, such as dishonesty, greed, hacking, or piracy.
Code of Ethics
A formal document outlining fundamental principles and core values expected of professionals, such as the ACM Code of Ethics.
Vendor Certifications
Professional certifications tied to specific products, such as Cisco CCNA, Microsoft MCP, or Oracle OCA.
Industry Certifications
General professional certifications that validate skills, such as CompTIA Security+ or PMP.
Malpractice and Liability
The responsibility of IT professionals who violate their duty of care through negligence, incompetence, or unethical conduct.
Software Piracy
The unauthorized copying, distribution, or use of copyrighted software.
Inappropriate Use of IT Resources
The act of using company computers or internet for personal activities during work hours.
Inappropriate Information Sharing
