Didactic

Parable

A short, usually simple story used to illustrate a moral, philosophical, or spiritual lesson

Banal

So ordinary, predictable, or overused that it seems to lack originality or signifigance

Platitude

A familiar or overused statement presented as meaningful or insightful

Pervasive

Present throughout something or spreading widely through an environment, culture, system, or way of thinking

Posit

To put forward an idea, claim, or assumption as a basis for thought, discussion, or argument

Bracket

To temporarily set aside a belief or assumption so that an idea can be considered from another perspective

Skepticism

an attitude of doubt or questioning toward a claim, belief, explanation, or accepted idea

Template

A pattern, model, or framework that shapes how something is created, organized, or understood

Dogmatist

A person who treats particular beliefs, principals, or opinions as unquestionably true and is unwilling to consider other ideas

Deluded

Misled by a false belief or mistaken perception, especially while remaining convinced that the belief is true
