What is Phi Gamma Delta's paramount governing body? What is it and what does it do?
The Ekklesia. It is a biennial convention, traditionally held in late summer on even numbered days. It invites all graduate and undergraduate brothers to participate.
What is the "Academy"?
An annual leadership school that focuses on developing leaders and how chapters can achieve or continue dominant positions on their campuses. It is undergraduate centered.
Who is allowed to attend the Academy?
The cabinet, rush chair, and built-to-lead chairman.
What are the Archons?
The archons are an elected volunteer body of nine prominent brothers. They listen to the interests of the membership and provide the strategic vision of the Fraternity. They're the Board of directors for Fiji.

They serve in a geographic region, making in-person and virtual visits to every undergraduate chapter to coach and educate on every phase of chapter operations.

What is the Board of Chapter Advisors (BCA)?
Composed of graduate brothers who advise the undergraduate members in all areas of chapter operation. Each board member specializes in an area of chapter life and deals directly with correlating chapter office or committee chairman. As a board, members serve as a supporting cast to the chapter officers and the IPL.
