Amiodarone infusion 5mg/kg (max 300mg) over 20/60min

Dilute with Dextrose 5%

Syncronised cardioversion

Midazolam 1-2mg & Fentanyl 50mcg IV (as needed)

Cardioversion: DCCS 150j - repeat once

If unsuccessful pads ANT-POST and DCCS 200j.
