Government Decree No. 30/2020/NĐ-CP
A decree regarding clerical work that took effect on March 05, 2020.
Administrative Document (Văn bản hành chính)
Documents formed during the process of directing, managing, and resolving work by agencies or organizations.
Original Document (Bản gốc văn bản)
A complete document in terms of content and format, directly signed by a competent person on paper or digitally signed on an electronic document.
Primary Paper Document (Bản chính văn bản giấy)
A complete document in terms of content and format, created from a version with the direct signature of a competent person.
Certified Copy (Bản sao y)
A full and accurate copy of the content of the original or the primary document, presented according to the prescribed format and technique.
Consolidated Copy (Bản sao lục)
A full and accurate copy of the content of a certified copy (bản sao y), presented according to the prescribed format and technique.
Excerpt Copy (Bản trích sao)
An accurate copy of a part of the content of the original or the primary document that needs to be excerpted, following prescribed format and technique.
Draft Document (Bản thảo văn bản)
A version written, typed, or created electronically during the process of drafting a document of an agency or organization.
Legal Validity of Signed Electronic Documents
Electronic documents digitally signed by a competent person and the organization have the same legal value as a primary paper document.
Responsibility for Document Content
The head of the drafting unit must check and take responsibility before the head of the agency and the law for the document content.
Responsibility for Format and Presentation Techniques
The person assigned to check the format and presentation techniques must check and take responsibility before the head of the agency and the law for these aspects.
Replacement vs. Correction
Documents with content errors must be replaced/amended by an equivalent document; documents with format/procedural errors are corrected by an official dispatch (công văn).

Document Symbol (Ký hiệu)
Includes an abbreviation of the document type and an abbreviation of the agency, organization, or state title of the person authorized to issue it.
Reference Citations (First Instance)
Must include full document type, number, symbol, date of issuance, name of the issuing agency/organization, and a brief description of the content.
Document Urgency Levels
Classified as: "hỏa tốc" (express), "thượng khẩn" (top urgent), and "khẩn" (urgent).
Abstract (Tóm tắt) in Scientific Reports
A concise summary of the research objectives, methods, and main results.
Scientific Presentation Language
Must be objective, accurate, clear, and specialized, avoiding emotional language or artistic metaphors.
Scientific Hypothesis (Giả thuyết khoa học)
A tentative answer or a starting assumption about the nature of the research problem that needs to be tested or proven.
Theoretical Argument (Luận cứ lý thuyết)
Established and proven theorems, laws, or principles used as grounds for research.
Empirical Argument (Luận cứ thực tiễn)
Data collected through observation, investigation, or experimentation.
Review Article
An article that synthesizes and evaluates existing research on a specific topic to identify research gaps.
Mediating Variable (Biến trung gian)
In a research model, a variable that stands between the independent and dependent variables to explain their relationship.
Vancouver Citation System
A method of referencing that uses numbers in square brackets.
Harvard Citation System
A method of referencing that uses the author's name and publication year.
