New Life
A turnaround in life that occurs when you accept Jesus, resulting in peace, ease, and a new identity in Christ.
Zacchaeus
The Bible character mentioned in Luke 19:8 whose encounter with Jesus serves as an example of life taking a turnaround.
Born again
The original plan for humans and the only way back to God, which involves knowing who Christ is and receiving a new identity.
Divine Direction
Being able to grasp God's way of guiding one, step by step, to the place desired for one to shine, be outstanding, and find fulfillment on earth.
Choices
Decisions that you make on a daily basis that dictate the course of your life.
Wisdom
One of the gifts God gave His children, defined as the ability to understand what is true or lasting and take decisive steps to do it.
Power
The ability or capacity to do something or act in a particular way that influences the behavior of others or the course of an event.
Choice
The right or ability to make a decision between two or more possibilities.
Power of Choice
The ability to decide between two or more options that have the capacity to affect our lives and those of others positively or negatively.
Vessel of honor
A person who makes a good choice and remains a vessel for God, as described in 2 Tim 2:19-21.
Vessel of dishonor
A result of bad choices that lead to destruction of design and shame to the world.
Heart
The seat of decision making that should be secured by filling it with Godly thoughts and maintaining a genuine affection for God.
Daniel
A biblical figure who made wise choices and chose to obey God, as seen in Dan 1:8 and Dan 6:10.
Mistakes and Failures
Results of making poor choices; the notes advise going back to God immediately and learning from them to move on.
