TRAFFICKING IN MARIJUANA (F)

• Knowingly and intentionally,

• Actually or constructively,

• Sells, manufactures, delivers or brings into this state,

• 50 to less than 1,000 pounds or more of marijuana Cat C.

• Or 1 pound but less than 20 pounds concentrated cannabis

• 1,000 pounds or more but less than 5,000 pounds

• Or 20 pounds or more but less than 1000 pounds of concentrated cannabis Cat B

• 5,000 pounds or more of marijuana or 100 pounds or more of concentrated cannabis Cat A

• Knowingly uses or is under the influence of an illegal controlled substance (schedules 1 through 4)

USE/POSSESS DRUG TO PRODUCE EUPHORIA (M)

• Inhale, ingest, apply or otherwise use or possess,

• With the intent to inhale, ingest, apply or otherwise use,

• Any drug, chemical, poison or organic solvent, or compound or combination of same,

• In any manner contrary to the directions for use, cautions or warnings,

• In order to create or induce a condition of intoxication, euphoria, hallucination or elation.

DANGEROUS FIREWORKS PROHIBITED (M)

• It shall be unlawful for any person to possess, store, to offer for sale, expose for sale, sell at wholesale or retail, otherwise provide to another person, or use or explode any dangerous fireworks in the city.

• Dangerous fireworks will be seized

• Dangerous fireworks which have been seized will be disposed of by the Henderson fire department
