sirach 44:4

Leaders of the people by their counsels, and by their knowledge of learning meet for the people, wise and eloquent are their instructions:

Exodus 18:25

And Moses chose able men out of all Israel, and made them heads over the people, rulers of thousands, rulers of hundreds, rulers of fifties, and rulers of tens.

1 Timothy 5:1

Rebuke not an elder, but intreat him as a father; and the younger men as brethren;

1 Peter 5:5

Likewise, ye younger, submit yourselves unto the elder. Yea, all of you be subject one to another, and be clothed with humility: for God resisteth the proud, and giveth grace to the humble.

1 Thessalonians 5:12-13

And we beseech you, brethren, to know them which labour among you, and are over you in the Lord, and admonish you; \n \n And to esteem them very highly in love for their work's sake. And be at peace among yourselves.

sirach 32:7-9

Speak, young man, if there be need of thee: and yet scarcely when thou art twice asked. \n \n Let thy speech be short, comprehending much in a few words; be as one that knoweth and yet holdeth his tongue. \n \n If thou be among great men, make not thyself equal with them; and when ancient men are in place, use not many words.
