Components major repair (Instruments)
Calibration and repair of instruments in accordance with Part IS: 5.1.1.2.
Modification
The alteration of an aircraft or aeronautical product in conformity with an approved standard.
Airframe major modification (Fuel/Oil)
Changes to the basic design of the fuel or oil system.
Preventive maintenance
Simple or minor preservation operations and the replacement of small standard parts not involving complex assembly operations, such as replacing safety wiring, cleaning spark plugs, or repair of landing gear tires.
Powerplant major modification (Accessories)
Installation of an accessory that is not approved for the engine.
Aircraft owner (Record responsibility)
The person responsible for ensuring that all aircraft maintenance records are kept up to date.

The regulation where the recommended statement for recording the approval or disapproval for return to service after a 100-hour or annual inspection is found.

Disassembly of a crankcase or crankshaft of a reciprocating engine equipped with an integral supercharger.
