pending

Waiting for something to happen, be completed, or be approved.

eg": The drawings are pending Rick’s review.

in progress

Currently being worked on.

eg: The study plans are in progress.

under review

Currently being examined or checked.

eg:The cost estimate is under review.

awaiting direction

Waiting for instructions about what to do next.

eg: I’m awaiting further direction from Rick.

complete

having everything needed; finished.

eg: The floor plan revisions are complete.

submitted

Sent to someone for review or approval.

eg: The drawings have been submitted for review.

issued

Officially sent or released to the intended recipients.

eg: The final package has been issued to the client.

draft

A preliminary version that may still be changed.

eg:This is still a draft.

follow up

To contact someone again about something previously discussed.
eg: I’m following up on the IVF project.

update

New information or a recent change about a project.
eg: Are there any updates on the Alton project?

revise

To make changes or corrections to something.
eg: I revised the floor plan based on Rick’s comments.

coordinate

To organize information or work with others so everything fits together correctly.
eg: I coordinated the study plans with the program.

confirm

To verify that information or a decision is correct.
eg: Could you confirm which version I should use?

clarify

To make something easier to understand or remove uncertainty.
eg: Could you clarify what needs to be included?

review

To examine something carefully and provide comments or approval.
eg: Please review the updated drawings.

markup

Notes, comments, or corrections added to a drawing or document.
eg: I picked up Rick’s markups.

pick up comments

To make revisions based on someone’s comments or markups.
eg: I’m picking up the comments from yesterday’s review.

scope

The work and responsibilities included in a project.
eg: We reviewed the project scope during the meeting.

deliverable

A drawing, document, model, or other item that must be completed and submitted.
eg: The final presentation package is the main deliverable.

deadline

The date or time by which something must be completed.
eg: The deadline for the final slides is Tuesday.

priority

Something that should be handled before other tasks.
eg: Which project should be my priority today?

proceed

To continue or begin the next step.
eg: Please let me know how you would like me to proceed.

available

Free and able to help or begin another task.
eg: I’m available if anyone needs help today.

reach out

To contact someone for information, assistance, or discussion.
eg: I reached out to Rick for an update.

To continue giving someone updates about a situation.

circle back

To return to a topic or contact someone again later.

To continue with a plan or the next stage of work.

Connected or related to something.

e.g. Each view is associated with a specific design option.

iteration

a version of something that is created by making changes or improvements to an earlier version.

e.g.
