(REWORK) What do repairs entail?
We perform both in and out of warranty repairs on broken devices, ensuring devices are up and running as quickly as possible.
For in warranty repairs, we bill the manufacturer directly, customer never sees a bill
A diagnostic is done on the device, and if out of warranty an estimate is sent - costs are a flat labor rate plus the cost of parts
What does the diagnostic entail?
An assessment of a device's health using manufacturer tools along with visual inspection (free under warranty)
Is a customer obligated to do both a data wipe & OS install simultaneously when selecting that service?
No, the same price will be assessed for either service whether a customer needs just one or if they need both
How does the Secure Data Wipe differ from standard Data Wipe?
The Secure Data Wipe service is advanced level data destruction and includes a data destruction certificate
