Vestibular nuclei - nystagmus and vertigo (dizziness)
Nucleus Ambiguus - difficulty speaking (dysarthria), and difficulty swallowing (dysphagia)
Cuneo & Spinocerebellar tracts and cerebellum - ipsilateral loss of motor coordination (ataxia)
Spinal trigeminal nucleus and tract - ipsilateral face loss of pain and temperature sensations
