what are the 4 features of CONFIDENSE?
Continuous Mapping, Tissue Proximity Indication, Wavefront Annotation, Map Consistency
what is continuous mapping in Confidense
gets points based on 4 factors: LAT, position stability, force if applicable, and cycle length stability/range
what is Tissue Proximity Indication in CONFIDENSE
based on impedance measurement, if distance from tissue greater than radius of electrode, point excluded
what is wavefront annotation in CONFIDENSE
marks local activation time by comparing unipolar and bipolar wavefronts to find greatest negative slope => activation
what is map consistency in CONFIDENSE?
finds points that with inconsistent LAT around it, evaluate if there is a possible pathway, if not, flagged to be inconsistent
what is the PASO Module for? and what are the exceptions?
mostly for VTs, but can be used to compare P waves for atrial stuff
what are the features of the PASO module?
Automated template matching with current recording, compares pacemapping and arrythmia signals, locates and records multiple VT sources, displays pace mapping points on map
what’s the 4 main benefits for CARTOSOUND?
reduce fluoroscopy time by viewing anatomy in real time, view left side of heart via right side, can increase anatomical accuracy by incorporating CARTOSOUND into FAN, can detect complications like pericardial effusion
what ae the 4 features of VISITAG SURPOINT?
combine parameters: force, power, duration into a tag index. distance measurement tool, anatomical presets for tissue variability, continuous real-time progress display
what’s the 3 benefits of VISITAG SURPOINT?
decreased RF and case time
simplified ablation experience
offers objective target and reproducible ablation workflow
what are the features of ACCURESP?
acquire electroanatomical data during a consistent and repeatable phase of the respiratory cycle
creates respiratory graph
what are the benefits ACCURESP?
Increased confidence in mapping precision
save time by displaying end expiration phase, eliminating need for repeat sampling (trial and error)
what is VISITAG and what is SURPOINT?
VISITAG is the marking point, SURPOINT is the number
what is CARTOMERGE
what are the benefits of CARTOMERGE?
save time by importing accurate, patient-specific anatomy
aids navigation, gives heads up with abnormal structure for physicians and mapper
What is the features of Coherent Mapping?
displays conduction on map, arrows moving across different zones at different speeds representing directionality and velocity, shows conduction barrier zones
What are the benefits of Coherent Mapping?
easier to diagnose scar related arrhythmia through an activation map of the entire structure
What are the features of CARTOSEG?
automated segmentation of cardiac structures
patient anatomy can be imported to CARTO
What are the benefits of CARTOSEG?
(same as CARTOMERGE)
save time and aid navigation
What are the features of CARTOREPLAY
Allow display of CARTO 3 across 2 monitors
begins recording data upon entering study
recorded data is available for review during procedure and up to 18 hours from beginning
What are the benefits of CARTOREPLAY?
can review data and events retrospectively
incorporate electroanatomical data into the map retrospectively
what are the features of MAP Replay?
create maps retrospectively
whats the benefit of MAP Replay?
retrospectively mapping multiple arrhythmias
what are the features of Parallel Mapping?
prospectively map up to 4 different arrythmias
can be used in tandem with Map Replay
what is the benefit of parallel mapping?
Decrease case time
what are the features of pattern matching
compares each real-time BS ECG beat to pre-selected template
filters out 99.7% of unrelated beats with 98% sensitivity at 0.9 correlation setting
part of the CONFIDENSE module for advanced diagnostic catheters
What are the benefits of Pattern Matching?
reduces margin of error in subjective morphology comparisons
What are the features of LAT hybrid?
identification of PVC location based on catheter location of most recent sinus rhythm
What are the benefit of LAT hybrid
improved location accuracy and reduce ablation time
what are the benefits of CONFIDENSE
customizable workflows
decreases advent of internal point acquisition
automatic and faster mapping with multi electrode catheters
what are the features of SMARTTOUCH?
catheter force vector
force graph for magnitude over time
force dashboard of current force, angle, and % of force above user defined threshold
what are the benefits of SMARTTOUCH
consistent contact = reduce ablation time
reduce fluoroscopy, total energy delivery, and case time
What are the features of ARA
aligns all channels to one annotated reference
what is the benefit of ARA
reduce mapping time
