What is leadership in Management? (+ 4 including)

the ability to influence or motivate people to work towards the achievement of business objectives during a transformation. including preparation and planning, communication, support and collaboration

What is Preparation and Planning?

prepare themselves and the business for change by developing a plan of action, detailing what the change is, as well as timelines for the change

What is Communication?

vision needs to be clearly communicated to stakeholders as well as updates on progress. leader may also use two-way communication to build trust and honesty

What is Support?

assistance or services provided such as counselling, training or mentoring provided to employees to help them cope with change

What is Collaboration?

ensuring all stakeholders are on board and delegating tasks to employees to build a sense of ownership, acceptance of change and positive corporate culture

What is Accountability?

a leader will be held responsible for when change is working and when it is not, they must reflect a level of integrity to gain trust from employees
