When are catering deferred orders released to KPS monitors

• delivery orders will release 45 mins prior

• pickup orders release 30 mins prior to promised times

What to do if payment is TBC for catering

• print 2 receipts,

• one receipt will be signed by guest

• the other one is left with the guest

Step by step for front counter catering order

1. Greet guest with core 4 and language of hospitality 

2. Take the guest’s order (determine if it is for pickup now, pickup later etc) 

3. If for pickup now, offer guest a beverage and tell them wait time 

4. Start deferred order (if picking up at a later time or delivering) 

5. Help guests with menu items, talk about quality, inquire about event 

6. If event is on a sunday, suggest chilled trays that can be reheated easily 

7. Verify order and obtain guest details (name, phone number, guest count etc) 

8. Provide total to guest, ask if they'd like to pay now or pay upon pickup
