Russia/France - promise to send military aid in case Germany attacks either France or Russia  & promise to send money to finance their imperial expansion into Africa (France) and Asia (Russia into Manchuria/Northern China) and (France into South East Asia i.e. Cambodia, Viet Nam)

Entente means that England does not have to sent troops to defend Russia or France if they are attacked. An Alliance means that Germ and AusHun and Ital will send troops to defend each other.
