Random Sampling
It's basically just randomly choosing.
For example drawing names from a hat or selecting people randomly from a list
Systematic Random Sampling
involves choosing a number between 1 and 10 for example 7 and then picking every 7th number from the list
Helps in making things less biased
Stratified Random Sampling
dividing the research population into different sampling frames and then using systematic random sampling to select the group
But there's a chance of bias so to avoid it separate sampling frames could be made for certain groups e.g gender
