Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) limit (21 or older)
It is illegal for a person 21 years of age or older to drive with a BAC that is 0.08% (eight-hundredths of one percent) or higher.
California's "Basic Speed Law"
A law stating you must never drive faster than is safe for current conditions, regardless of the posted speed limit.
Driving under the influence of medication
A practice that is permitted under no circumstances if the medication (prescription, over-the-counter, or illegal) impairs your driving.
