Carjacking
The person knowingly or recklessly, by force or violence, by putting in fear or attempts to do so, takes a motor vehicle from the immediate actual possession of another person
Armed carjacking
While armed or having readily available, any pistol or other firearm (or imitation thereof) or other dangerous or deadly weapon commits or attempts to commit the offense of carjacking
Unlawful entry
Any person without lawful authority, who enters or attempts to enter any public or private dwelling, against the will of the lawful occupants or the person lawfully in charge, with general criminal intent to enter; also refuses to leave the property on the demand of the law of occupant
Unlawful entry of a motor vehicle
It is unlawful to enter or be inside of the motor vehicle of another person without the permission of the owner or person lawfully in charge of the motor vehicle
Voyeurism (peeping tom)
It shall be unlawful to any person to occupy a hidden observation, post, or to install or maintain a peephole, mirror, or any electronic device for the purpose of secretly observing an individual who is using the bathroom or restroom, or engaging in sexual activity
Burglary I
Whoever, at any time or in any manner, enters any dwelling or room used as a sleeping apartment in any building; with specific intent to commit any criminal offense; if any person is INSIDE the dwelling at the time of entry
Burglary 2
Whoever shall, at any time, break and enter, or enter without breaking; any dwelling, bank, store, warehouse, storage lot, or any building with specific intent to break and carry away any part or fixture, or to commit any criminal activity
Breaking and entering vending and similar devices
Whoever breaks or attempts to open, opens, or enters any device designed to receive currency, such as a parking meter, coin, telephone, vending machine, with intent to carry away any part of such device or anything contained therein, including currency or goods
Defacing public / private property
Without the permission of the owner, no person may; write, mark, draw, or paint on; Any property, public or private, building, statue, monument, office, public passenger vehicle, dwelling or structure of any kind
Malicious burning, destruction of property
Whoever, by any method, maliciously injuries, breaks or destroys, or attempts to destroy any property of another
Arson
Whoever shall maliciously burn or attempt to burn, any dwelling or house, barn, shop, office or any other public building, steamboat, vessel, watercraft, or any railroad car
Burning one’s own property with intent to defraud or injure
Whoever maliciously burns or sets fire to; Any dwelling, shop, barn, stable, warehouse, or other building; being their own property in whole or in part; with the intent to defraud or injure any other person
