Rachmaninoff Prelude. What it is made of?
Rachmaninoff Prelude is a short piano piece made by Sergei Rachmaninoff which sounds like toiling bells. (Which is nicknamed the Bells of Moscow). Its built in ABA form (first and last section are similar while middle section s completely different.
Melody and accompaniment, crescendo, octave
-melody: main part
-accompaniment: background noise’
-crescendo-volume gets louder gradually
-octave same note in the beginning but same note at a different pitch ex: Do

-Mozart leaves at age 7 to is grand tour and comes back at age 10 and he master s improvising music on the spot and it was to impress his audience.

How sound propagates, how does it look in an oscilloscope
Propagates- are the sound waves, and the air moves forwards in a wiggle form.
Oscilloscope- the machine that shows you the sound waves
Side note: the higher the hz the higher the sound waves and the lower the hz the lower the sounds waves.
Harmonic series, frequencies
Harmonic series-represents the harmonic series of adding 65 heartz to to each harmonic note which gives you the whole number scale of harmonic series (it is mathematical)
Frequencies- speed of the sound/ how fast something vibrates
Recognize instruments by audio (percussion by video and audio)

Violin: Higher in sound
Viola: lower then violin
Celli: More thicker then the viola
Basses: really deep
Harp: baby angel
Obos: lower then the flute
Clarinet: climbs up and down

The conductor- is the boss and is the only one who can see full score and spread sheet of everyone.

Consonance- means smoother sound (goes together)
Dissonance- Clashing sound or unresolved
