-Indicates thrust produced in turbofan aircraft. -Ratio of turbine discharge pressure to compressor inlet pressure.
-Measured by EPR probes at Pt2 (inlet) and Pt7 (exhaust).
-A differential pressure transducer drives the cockpit EPR gauge.
