NRS 200.310
KIDNAPPING- FIRST DEGREE (F)
Willfully seizes, confines, entices, decoys, abducts, conceals, kidnaps or carries away,
A person by any means,
With intent to hold or detain or who holds or detains
For ransom or reward, committing sexual assault, extortion or robbery, for purpose of killing, or inflicting substantial bodily harm upon victim
OR
Leads, takes, entices, or carries away or detains,
Any minor,
With intent to keep, imprison, or confine from parents or guardian, or with intent to hold minor to unlawful service, or to perpetrate any unlawful act upon the minor.

Willfully seizes, takes, or carries away or kidnaps,
Another person,
With intent to keep secretly imprisoned within the state, or to convey out of state, or to hold to service, or detained against victims will.

A person having a limited right of child custody or visitation pursuant to court order, or
A parent having no right of custody
Willfully detains, conceals, or removes the child.
From it’s parents, guardian, or person having lawful custody or a right of visitation
In violation of the court order

CHILD ABUSE & NEGLECT (GM/F)
Person willfully cause child (under 18),
To suffer unjustifiable physical pain or mental suffering as a result of abuse or neglect,
Or place in a situation where the child may suffer physical pain or mental suffering as the result of abuse or neglect (F)
OR
Person responsible for safety or welfare of child permits or allows child (under 18),
To suffer unjustifiable physical pain or mental suffering as a result of abuse or neglect,
Or place in a situation where the child may suffer physical pain or mental suffering as the result of abuse or neglect (GM)
If substantial bodily or mental harm results or if previously convicted of neglect/abuse (F)

CONTRIBUTING DELINQUENCY/NEGLECT OF MINOR (M)
Does any act or omits the performance of any duty,
Which causes or tends to cause any person under the age of 18,
To become a neglected child, a child in need of supervision, or a delinquent child,
Defined as the following:
a person less than 18 years of age:
Found begging, receiving or gathering alms, or found in the street or a public place for the purpose of so doing, or under the pretext of selling, singing, playing on any musical instrument, or of giving any public entertainment (or child accompanies or is being used in aid of any person so doing;)
Who has no parent or guardian exercising proper parental control
Who is destitute;
Whose home is an unfit place;
Who is living in a house of ill fame;
Who is found wandering and has no home or guardian;
Who frequents the company of criminals, vagrants, or prostitutes;
Who unlawfully visits bars or saloons where liquor is served;
Who habitually use intoxicating liquors or drugs;
Who persistently or habitually refuses to obey parents, guardian, or custodian;
Who is habitual truant from school;
Who is leading, or from any cause is in danger of leading, an idle, dissolute, lewd, or immoral life;
Who writes or uses obscene, or indecent language, or is guilty of indecent or immoral conduct;
Who violates any law of this state or any ordinance or any town, city, or county of this state defining crime

Any act in an open or public place,
More than just exposure,
For example, groping, rubbing, touching or one’s person, or the person of another.

Or is under 18 years of age and willfully commits a lewd act other than sexual assault
Of a child under the age of 14 years,
With the intent of arousing, appealing to, or gratifying the lust, passions or sexual desires of the person or of the victim

UNLAWFUL CONTACT WITH CHILD OR MENTALLY ILL PERSON (1st=GM/ 2nd =F)
A person who, without lawful authority,
Willfully or maliciously,
Engages in a course of conduct,
With a child under 16 years (and at least five years younger than the person),
Which would cause a reasonable child of like age to feel terrorized, frightened, intimidated, or harassed,
And that actually causes the child to feel terrorized, frightened, intimidated, or harassed.
OR
With a mentally ill person,
Which would cause a mentally ill person of like mental condition to feel terrorized, frightened, intimidated, or harassed,
And the actually causes the mentally ill person to feel terrorized, frightened, intimidated or harassed.
