Job Performance
The value of employee behaviors that contribute to organizational goal accomplishment.
Task Performance
Non-discretionary, job-specific behaviors directly involved in transforming organizational resources into goods or services.
Citizenship Behavior
Discretionary, job-general behaviors that affect the environment in which technical work occurs, including actions directed toward the organization or individuals.
Counterproductive Work Behavior (CWB)
Discretionary, job-general behaviors that intentionally undermine or hinder organizational goal accomplishment.
Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB)
Discretionary behaviors that positively contribute to the organization, such as helping coworkers or participating in organizational activities.
Voice (in OCB)
Speaking up to offer constructive suggestions for change.
Civic Virtue
Participating in company operations at a deeper level through voluntary meetings and staying informed about organizational news.
