Powers that are not explicitly granted to the Federal Government nor denied to the State government, are Reserved for the states.

13th Amendment

Abolished slavery and involuntary servitude, except as punishment for a crime

14th Amendment

Defines citizenship, contains

15th Amendment

Prohibits the Federal and State governments form denying a citizen right to vote based on race, color, or condition of servitude

17th Amendment

Established the direct election of United States Senators by popular vote

19th Amendment

Grants woman the right to vote, prohibiting any U.S. Citizen from being denied the right to vote on the basis of sex

22nd Amendment

Limits the President to two terms in office

24th Amendment

Prohibits the use of poll taxes in federal elections, removing a financial barrier to voting

26th Amendment

Lowers the voting age from 21 years to 18 years, expanding the electorate to include younger citizens. Expanding voter demographic.
