the average rate at which a population changes in size over a specific period of time

grows when resources are more, shrinks when resources are less, and stabilizes when there is a right amount of resources

Overpopulation

a situation in which the Earth cannot regenerate the resources used by the world's population each year

the percentage of an individual's annual employment income that is replaced by retirement income when they retire. Ideal rate =2.1%

a population is the average number of children that are born to a woman over her lifetime
