change means how people, societies, or cultures evolve over time due to things like new technology, ideas, or events.
Adaptation is how individuals or groups adjust to these changes to survive or thrive.

System
An organization of individuals that make up groups that often have different functions, characteristics, origin or status.
Eg; Legal systems, healthcare systems, economic systems (banks).
Systemic: part of a party. .

The Tree:
Represents a society/system/institution
The wood holding up the tree represents support within the society.
The tilt in the trees represents equality or inequality depending on their circumstance, can either benefit an individual or disadvantage them.

Can help people get what they need to help them in their specific situations.
Sometimes not enough which means they have no access to their needs.
Won’t be enough if institutions are unequal.

Provides access to people based on their needs/ circumstances.
Helps to solve problems from the root.
Make sure that people have the right access and equal opportunities for everyone.
Will be fixed if something is wrong within the institution and system that are controlled.
Demographic analysis
the study of a population based on factors such as age, race, sex. Demographic data refers to socioeconomic information expressed statistically including employment, education, income, marriage rate, birth and death rates and more. ( connected patterns and more)
Racism
Presumed biological or cultural superiority of one or more racial groups is used to justify or prescribed the inferior treatment or social positions of other racial groups
Defining race
A social construct, but meaningless when applied to humans, physical differences have no natural association with group differences in ability to behaviour race has tremendous significance in structuring social reality

To sort or divide data, people, objects info distinct groups or layers

To exploit someone is to take unfair advantage of them. It is to use another person’s unviability for one’s own benefit.

Actively working to challenge and dismantle racism by changing systems, policies, and attitudes.

Prejudice for or against someone, either consciously or unconsciously, leading to unfair treatment.
