Agreement
A negotiated arrangement to share or do something, often made after a period of conflict.
Curious
Having a strong desire to know or learn something, as in being inquisitive about a gift.
Flexible
Capable of being moved or bent in any way desired, like a lamp neck.
Odor
A distinctive smell, especially one that is unpleasant or indicates a problem like a gas leak.
Daily
Occurring or done every day; synonymous with every day.
Identify
To recognize or distinguish someone or something by looking at specific features, such as lines on a hand.
Produce
To create or manufacture something, often in large quantities like millions of bottles.
Tension
A state of mental or emotional strain or upset.
Attack
To take aggressive action against something, such as army ants destroying other insects.
Humble
Having or showing a modest or low estimate of one's own importance; not bragging.
Minor
Lesser in importance, seriousness, or significance, such as small cuts and bruises.
Volunteer
A person who freely offers to take part in an enterprise or undertake a task without being paid.
Accuse
To charge someone with an offense or fault, such as eating someone else's food.
Inspire
To fill someone with the urge or ability to do something, like taking a walk.
Plain
Clear or easy to see or understand; obvious.
Benefit
To receive an advantage or help from something, such as food and clothes provided after a flood.
Rival
A person or thing competing with another for the same objective or for superiority.
Satisfy
To meet the expectations, needs, or desires of someone, such as with a small meal.
Definite
Clearly stated or decided; not vague or doubtful.
Leisure
Free time when one is not working or has no duties.
Motivated
Having an incentive or a reason for doing something; eager to learn.
Aware
Having knowledge or perception of a situation or fact, such as dangerous icy roads.
Devour
To eat something hungrily or quickly.
Distressed
Suffering from extreme anxiety, sorrow, or pain, such as a kitten stuck in a tree.
Popular
Liked, admired, or enjoyed by many people or by a particular group.
Ability
The possession of the means or skill to do something, such as seeing at night.
Gratitude
The quality of being thankful; readiness to show appreciation for and to return kindness.
Avoid
To keep away from or stop oneself from doing something, such as staying away from sugary foods.
Intend
To have a plan or purpose in mind; to aim to do something.
Cease
To bring or come to an end; to stop an action like slowing down at a stop sign.
Numerous
Great in number; many, such as stars in a clear night sky.
Capable
Having the power and ability to do something, like running a long race.
Observe
To watch carefully or pay attention to something or someone.
Reverse
To move backward or to change to the opposite position or order.
Persist
To continue firmly or obstinately in a course of action in spite of difficulty or opposition.
Sensitive
Quick to detect or respond to slight changes, signals, or influences; having or showing keen awareness of others' feelings.
Confident
Feeling or showing certainty about something; self-assured.
Donate
To give money or goods for a good cause, for example, giving old books to a library.
Sincere
Proceeding from genuine feelings; free from pretense or deceit.
Dismiss
To order or allow to leave; to send away.
Guarantee
A formal promise or assurance that certain conditions will be fulfilled, especially regarding a product's repair.
Prevent
To keep something from happening or arising.
Cautious
Careful to avoid potential problems or dangers.
Necessary
Required to be done, achieved, or present; needed or essential.
Arrange
To put things in a neat, attractive, or required order.
Expert
A person who has a comprehensive and authoritative knowledge of or skill in a particular area.
Contribute
To give something in order to help achieve or provide something.
Dull
Lacking interest or excitement; boring.
Compete
To strive to gain or win something by defeating or establishing superiority over others.
Effective
Successful in producing a desired or intended result.
Grief
Deep sorrow, especially that caused by someone's death.
Victim
A person harmed, injured, or killed as a result of a crime, accident, or other event or action.
Decrease
To make or become smaller or fewer in size, amount, intensity, or degree.
Emerge
To move out of or away from something and come into view.
Survive
To continue to live or exist, especially in spite of danger or hardship.
Excess
An amount of something that is more than necessary, permitted, or desirable.
Persuade
To cause someone to do something through reasoning or argument.
Reveal
To make previously unknown or secret information known to others.
Stubborn
Having or showing dogged determination not to change one's attitude or position on something.
Tremendous
Very great in amount, scale, or intensity; huge.
Disaster
A sudden event, such as an accident or a natural catastrophe, that causes great damage or loss of life.
Scarce
In-sufficient for the demand; occurring in small numbers or quantities.
Tolerate
To allow the existence, occurrence, or practice of something that one does not necessarily like or agree with.
Humor
The quality of being amusing or comic.
Weary
Feeling or showing tiredness, especially as a result of excessive exertion or lack of sleep.
Condemn
To express complete disapproval of, typically in public.
Embrace
To hold someone closely in one's arms, especially as a sign of affection; to hug.
Isolate
To cause a person or place to be or remain alone or apart from others.
Bold
Showing an ability to take risks; confident and courageous.
Solution
A means of solving a problem or dealing with a difficult situation.
Conceal
To keep from sight; hide.
Enormous
Very large in size, quantity, or extent.
Achieve
To successfully bring about or reach a goal by effort, skill, or courage.
Exhaust
To drain someone of their physical or mental resources; to tire out completely.
Advance
To move forward in a purposeful way; to make progress.
Consider
To think carefully about something, typically before making a decision.
Praise
To express warm approval or admiration of.
Courteous
Polite, respectful, or considerate in manner.
Sufficient
Enough; adequate for a particular purpose.
Competent
Having the necessary ability, knowledge, or skill to do something successfully.
Flaw
A mark, fault, or imperfection that mars a substance or object.
Dependent
Requiring someone or something for support or survival.
Peculiar
Strange or odd; unusual.
Suitable
Right or appropriate for a particular person, purpose, or situation.
Deliberate
Done consciously and intentionally; not accidental.
Fragile
Easily broken or damaged.
Determined
Having made a firm decision and being resolved not to change it.
Dispose
To get rid of by throwing away or giving or selling to someone else.
Pursue
To follow someone or something in order to catch or achieve them, such as seeking a degree.
Abundant
Existing or available in large quantities; plentiful.
Comparison
A consideration or estimate of the similarities or dissimilarities between two or more things.
Exaggerate
To represent something as being larger, better, or worse than it really is.
Aggravate
To make a problem, injury, or offense worse or more serious.
Coincide
To occur at or during the same time.
Obnoxious
Extremely unpleasant; highly offensive.
