Beverly Hills Martini

3 oz Gin, 2 oz Mint Syrup, 1 oz Lemon Juice, 5 Cucumber Slices, ½ Bar Spoon Honey.

Add cucumber, mint syrup, lemon juice, and honey to shaker. Muddle. Add gin. Add ice and shake. Strain over chilled martini glass.

Beetlejuice

1 ½ oz Gin, ¾ oz Lemon Juice, ¾ oz Kings Ginger Liqueur, ¾ oz Mint Syrup, ¾ oz Beet Juice, Sprite.

Add lemon juice, mint syrup, gin, ginger liqueur, ice to shaker. Shake, strain over snifter glass with crushed ice. Add beet juice and stir. Top with sprite, garnish with mint sprig.

Crazy Beautiful

1 ½ oz Vodka, 1 oz St Germaine, 1 dash St George Spiced Pear Liqueur, Prosecco, Dried Hibiscus Flower

Add vodka, St Germaine, and St George to a shaker with ice. Shake, strain over martini glass. Top with prosecco. Garnish with hibiscus flower.

Internal Affair

2 oz Tequila, 1 oz Jalapeño Syrup, 1 oz Lime Juice, ½ oz Agave, ¼ oz Pineapple Juice, 3 Basil Leaves

Add tequila, jalapeño syrup, lime juice, agave, and pineapple juice to shaker over ice. Slap 3 basil leaves and put in shaker. Shake, and strain over highball glass with bar ice and salt rim. Garnish with basil leaf.

Mezcalita

1 oz Mezcal, 1 oz tequila, 1 oz jalapeno syrup, ½ oz lime juice, ½ oz triple sec, 1 jalapeño slice

Add tequila, mezcal, jalapeno syrup, lime juice, and triple sec to shaker with ice. Shake and strain over highball glass with crushed ice and half tajin rim half salt rim. Garnish with lime slice and slice of jalapeno.
