Anyone by virtue of assumed role or responsibility who inspires and influences people to accomplish organizational goals.
Leadership
The process of influencing people by providing purpose, direction, and motivation to accomplish the mission and improve the organization.
What are the 3 leader attributes?
Intellect, Character, Presence.
What are the 3 leader competencies?
Leads, Develops, Achieves.
What is character?
The essence of who a person is, what they believe in and how they act.
What is command?
The authority that a commander in the armed forces lawfully exercises over subordinates by virtue of rank or assignment.
