Elevates the upper lip.

Zygomaticus Major and Minor
Elevate the corners of the mouth, creating the classic upward curve of a smile.

O: lateral and posterior surface of the zygomatic bone.
I (major): skin at the corner of the mouth.
I (minor): upper lip, just medial to the corner of the mouth.
Levator Anguli Oris
Assists in lifting the corners of the mouth.
