Recruitment
The human resource manager (HRM) should create a job description to detect recruitment needs.
The human resource manager should examine the job and create a job analysis, which includes the job specification/description/in order to determine recruitment requirements.
HRM should specify the job specification/description/key performance areas in order to attract qualified candidates. Select a recruitment strategy, such as internal or external, to reach/target the appropriate applicants/candidates.
Job description
A job description outlines the responsibilities, duties, and tasks of a role, including the job title, location, and reporting structure.
Job specification
A job specification focuses on the qualifications, skills, and personal attributes an individual needs to successfully perform the job, such as education, experience, and specific competencies.
The interview process
Step 1: First contact and communication begin. The interviewer creates an impression about the candidate at this point. The initial impression is important.
Step 2: Collect information by asking questions to make an informed, fair assessment of the candidate.
Step 3: Invite questions from the candidate regarding the role and the company.
Step 4: Conclude the interview and thank the applicant for attending.
